Field Engineer (Wind Energy) – Hybrid (Astana, Kazakhstan)

Job Description:

Responsible for providing on-site technical support for wind energy projects, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance of wind turbines. The role involves close coordination with project teams and international partners to ensure successful and safe project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support installation, commissioning, and routine maintenance of wind turbines; troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure reliable operation.
  • Coordinate project activities to meet safety, quality, and timeline requirements.
  • Conduct equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and prepare technical reports and service documentation.
  • Assist in training local technical staff to enhance team capability.
  • Comply with local regulations and environmental policies.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
  2. Relevant experience in wind energy or renewable energy projects, familiar with turbine technology and maintenance.
  3. Ability to independently resolve on-site issues and adapt to field working conditions and travel demands.
  4. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  5. Fluent English required; Russian or Kazakh language skills are advantageous.
Personal Assistant ( To Top Management) – Part-time, Remote with Business Travel.

Job Title: Personal Assistant ( to Top Management)

Location: Europe.

Employment Type: Part-time, Remote + Business travel (Europe)

Skills: English, Chinese, MS Office, Russian skill is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and coordinate with partners (Europe,China and Caspian Region)to develop advance operations.
  • Act as a liaison for cross-cultural communication between partners.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing operations.
  • Arrange logistics such as flights, travel accommodations etc.

Requirements:

  1. Based in Europe, with flexibility to travel.
  2. Fluent in English and Chinese (native-level Chinese preferred), Russian skill is a plus.

Accounting Manager — Baku, Azerbaijan

Job Description:

Oversees the accounting and financial reporting for regional operations in Azerbaijan, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international financial reporting standards. Responsible for accurate bookkeeping, statutory filings, and supporting financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting operations including ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with Azerbaijani GAAP and IFRS.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, liaise with auditors and tax authorities.
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, providing management with timely reports.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory reports and tax filings.
  • Develop and maintain accounting policies and internal controls to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments on financial planning and analysis.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred.
  2. Minimum 5 years accounting experience, ideally with multinational or cross-border exposure.
  3. Strong knowledge of Azerbaijani tax laws and IFRS standards.
  4. Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office.
  5. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  6. Detail-oriented with high integrity and confidentiality.
  7. Fluent English and Azerbaijani; Russian skills a plus.
